MIDDLE SCHOOL


Students in the Middle school are group by a tutor and taught by specialist subject teachers for all subjects with move between rooms and teachers.
Each grade follows a 40-period week with subject time allocated as follows:
• 10 periods in Semester 1 of Humanity and Language English Semester 2 Humanity and Language Indonesia
• 5 periods of Language A or B
• 5 periods of Science
• 5 periods of Mathematics
• 4 periods of Islam
• 4 periods of Physical education
• 4 periods of Technology and home economy
• 3 periods of Arts

Five areas of interaction:

• human ingenuity
• environments
• Health and social education.

• Exploration, consequences, discovery, geography
• Printing, communication, advertising, media
• Reproduction, growth, adaptation, norms health

• Prejudice, persecution, conflict, diversity, justice

EDUCATION, SOCIAL, CULTURE and BELIEFS

NATURAL ENVIRONMENTS

ENGLISH
The literature lessons challenge the students’ reading skills to develop their awareness of literature, stretch the students’ range of vocabulary and introduce students to character analysis. The language lessons focus on more basic grammar structures, revision and consolidation of the fundamentals of English grammar, vocabulary building and offer a rich source of reading texts.

Al Qur’an reading, akhlaq (manners), tawheed, aqeedah, fiqh (Essentials and practices), history and also integrated with others subjects such as Science, Mathematics, Arts and Humanities
